NYP hottest events for the year 2005!!

Hi everybody, hav not been updating this blog for a long long time... well i m really busy with alot of things`! hmm my attachment is finally over! my last day was 3rd of june... kekez... after that i m busy with the 3 hottest event of the year in NYP-which is the NYP belle & beau, NYP idol and the NYP jam & hop nite. i m the assistant programme coordinator. Well, i m studying in NYP why am i doing this? this is bcoz i m in the student union. student union does these stuffs.. eg campus concert, annual D&D, events and many more..

The 3 hottest event of the yr was over last nite... it was so tiring.. i m so relieved... really happy that things went on smoothly. My head, which is the program coord, she wasn't feeling well so i hav to do my part to take over everything.. my chairman for the NYP belle & beau and NYP idol was the security head for the JAM n HOP nite. SO, that makes me Overall-In-Charge for back stage for the main event. At first it was really busy like crazy. My event start officially at 730pm den the prize presentation for the NYP Idols were at 8pm. At 7.55pm, one of the contestant was still not there... at that time i need to find the contestant, i need to brief all the NYP belle and beau wat time to come back to meet me, tell the Idol contestants wat time is their slot, blah blah blah.. etc. Was really goin crazy tat time.. but luckily i had i 4 assistants... so i told 2 to stay at the stage their with the soundman and keep in contact with emcee.. so i wil be running ard, make sure things run smoothly. Since i m juz the assistant prog coordinator, i juz need to assist. However, my head, she was sick N she needs to go for her test so i hav to run the whole show.. hmm how to say leh?? I should thank her for being sick and having a test. Opps! sorry, i dun mean to curse her.. how shld i put it.. erm i mean, if she is not sick and not having a test, it cannot prove my capablilty to the rest. I m on my attachment for the past 2 mths and tat was right after my examz. so that makes me no time to attend meetings. I m so guilty for not attending the meetings. I dun mean to do that but i alwaz not free to attend. So last nite was a day i think i really felt that i m doing something for this event. It was a really gd that things turn out well and all the things went smoothly.. At that point of time i really felt that i m "to use" of Student Union.

All i can say is, I m really thankful N is really my pleasure to do my part in SU also to be in the committee, for the 1st time. Though there r a few or juz 1 or 2 ppl feel tat i m not doing a gd job but i think is a real success afterall as i m able to run the whole programme smoothly n on time. those ppl who felt tat i m not doing well, i can't be bothered as i dun see dem doing anything or aware wat was going on and yet comment so much. :)

Hope those who attended the events, u guys really enjoyed urself. Those who didn turn up, i hope u guys can come next yr.

As usual, i m now still in CGH for attachment..i'm doing morning shift so i reached hospital at ard 640am..bcoz my grandma was warded yesterday to hav a surgery done.. knee-cap replacement, i hav to visit her in the morning b4 i start work. Wah` it was raining cats and dogs this morning. I was so tired... my stockings are all wet.. luckily it dried up w/o any fouling smell.. kekez.. :p glad to see my grandma doing fine.. she is now more conscious..
Guyz u noe smthing.. one of my patient, he insisted to go the sink to brush his teeth yesterday morning. Due to his c0ndition, we cannot allow him to leave his bed. However, patient has his rights.. he scolded us so we had no choice to bring him on a commode. After he brushed his teeth, almost all done, he started to fall towards his right which is my side. Den i was really angry with him so i said: "uncle see u cannot stand properly.. thats the reason we dun allow u to leave ur bed.." of course i quickly put him back on the commode den complained giddy.. immediately bring him back to bed. turned unconscious soon... We did several checks and realised there's still heartbeat and everything is normal.. the doctor den check and suspect him stroke. But now.. he is not around anymore. My fren in the afternoon shift said that he left already... haiz... life is short... so ppl, muz appreciate every day of our life.
Hmm.. i have decided to apply sponsorship to KK hospital.. hope i can get it.. pray hard.. well time to ZzzZzz bye! update some other time

Hmm... hey! hi ppl`! so far this is my second blog... kekez.. erm no time to log in to update. Well... today is friday, so which means today is the last day of the week of my attachment.. :P so happy! Today, my ward, one auntie.. so adorable and funny! When i bathe her in the toilet this morning, she talked to me.. (well below is the conversation between the two of us)

Auntie: how old r u?
Me: 20
Auntie: dun bluff the most 18
Me: haha !! u r the very 1st few who say i look younger den my age...
Auntie: are u married ? or hav bf ?
Me: nope.. single and not attached.. no one wants me leh..
Auntie: hey` sure or not dun hav bf? i intro u want? the guy not bad leh... rich and also handsome.
But den abit old lah... u may not want..
Me: how old is ur old?
Auntie: 30
Me: sure? 30! erm den nvm...Whahah``..
Auntie: u wan to find must find those who are handsome one leh... den muz find rich one..
Me: too rich is not really a good thing.. might not be faithful after tat.. average can le...

Auntie: TOTO very easy to win one u noe...everytime i buy ..most of the times i win..

the above is only part of the conversation.. haha.. cannot tahan the auntie... so cute... all i can do is to keep smiling at her... keep quiet... but den ah.. she really very enthusiastic wanna intro guy to me... ( am i really tat bad? to the extend i hav to go for matchmaking session?? haha) so funny.. maybe i treat her too nice during her stay in hospital... she is juz the very few ppl who ask me if i m single and shld they intro ppl to me.. am i really tat bad?? kekez.. well i m fine... i dun mind... all i can say, i think i hav a very gd "ren yuan" with old ppl... so funny!!

My 1st Blog

Hi.. this is my very first blog of my own.. kinda excited! However, i feel that i create this blog is to write express my feelings... my thoughts.. my fustration.. my stress... everything.. But... i don wish to show this blog to my own frenz... but den still decided to show to all..well.. this is bcoz sometimes i hav comments on dem but i didn say it out... is there such thing as real frenz? sometimes i was thinking.. am i really having gd frenz ard me? who are the ones really there for me? well nvm... i m sure there will be ppl ard me who will regard me as a fren. :) hmm..kekez..

well back to the point! yeah! happy tat there is a place i can destress myself.. hmm today is my 3rd day in the cardiology ward. By rite, at my current level, i shouldn be in a specialist ward. was really upset on the first day that i was at a lost .. dunnoe wat to expect on the first day in this ward. Aniway, so far i m surviving well.. ",

Abt my attachment:
Hmm, was rather upset with one of my colleagues. I dun agree to work wif ppl i noe...at least not with ppl in the same department. Is like, seems like i m doing most of the things.. I m the one more keen or hardworking compared to my other colleague. Imagine, b4 i go for break @ 1110am, the noon time parameters wasn taken den u noe den u still didn do.. wait till i come back at 1140am den i do.. wat if i decide to come back at 1210pm? den who do? Is such a simple task taking patients blood pressure, temperature, pulse and respiration!! Can't u do it? Y must i alwAz the 1 doinG? I duN mind the job but y alwayz me doing things?? Is it bcoz i m prOActive? Well i take pride in watever i m doing.. even the simplest thing like this... However, Was rather happy that patients and the staff acknowledge my effort and efficiency. kekez... thanks for ur complement... So, decided to continue my positive working attitude as is to my benefit..

Wow~ toDay there's a patient collapse.. guess wat.. the other patient come telling me.. " nurse ah!.. got emergency leh.. got patient cannot make it le..!" *puzzled.. den i left the room den i saw the next room suddenly so crowded.. all senior docs, registrar all in there... all the nurses preparing and was all busy.. *shock! den i quickly evacuate the rest of the patients as the place will be very chaotic..WOW! my team EN-aisha.. she climbed on the bed to do CPR for the patient.. wow~~imagine u hav to do full compression, den u see the abdomen of the patient rises.. it was like amazing... i think this shld be the correct way! gd job leh!! But in the end the patient didn make it.. i heard it was bcoz the heart the vein was clogged.. the doctors den did a op-like procedure on the patient..imagine they can do this at ward level.. coz all the senior doctors r there so no prob...hmm.. got to unclog the vein if not cannot survive.. but the clog cannot be unclog.. in the end.. no choice lor... well.. *sob sob... okie.. shall not continue.. if not u guys will be bored reading it.. kekez...

To my ah gal:
well i feel tat our gap between the 2 of us is getting wider n wider..i missed the times together... hmm probably this is bcoz i m still studying and having attachment in hospital.. so no choice.. too tired to do more things.. no time to meet up..well gal, think positively .. if there is a choice , i think u don go back there to work.. As u understand, i cannot tell u certain things.. is not tat i dun wan to tell u.. but i also feel tat..is not appropriate to tell u... shld be solved between u N ur employer... well.. sorry if u think tat i m harsh or not siding u.. though we both hav our own circle of frenz whom we can turn to more often, but i will alwaz be there if u need me...the two of us r the best of frenz.. take care and miz ya.. *muackz!*hugz!
